Pathway Homes

Our Commitments

At Pathway Homes Group, we are committed to helping homeless and vulnerable adults on their journey to better living opportunities and are dedicated to helping individuals secure sustainable, long-term tenancies.

Pathway Homes Group pledges to:

• Deliver high-standard, needs-led housing to ensure homeless individuals and those at risk of homelessness have access to such sustainable properties.

• Provide access to 400+ units of general-needs “Move-On” accommodation in 2021, ensuring a smooth transition for individuals we have supported as they secure a long-term, sustainable tenancy in our newly developed general-needs properties.

• Re-invest a percentage of our profits into projects that will positively impact the lives of tenants.

• Provide everybody with access to training and educational programmes to develop basic and soft skills, functional skills and industry-relevant qualifications.

• Support individuals as they progress into sustainable employment.

• Sponsor tutors to provide on-going, classroom and online-based support, both on a 1-2-1 basis and within a group setting.

• Provide access to laptops/computers and internet (Wi-Fi) for all tenants, ensuring they are confident and capable using such.

• Support local communities around the U.K., providing on-going donations to charities to assist the day-to-day work they do.

A Pathway to a better life

We understand the importance of making a measurable difference for those most in need, which is why we work closely with our partner organisations to provide ongoing support, training and educational programmes to better their opportunities and lives.

We invest time and resources in causes which help to support, sustain and strengthen communities and enhance the lives of people who are most in need of support.

With access to the right training and educational support, people experiencing homelessness can overcome barriers to employment and live a more sustained and independent life.

It has been nine months since I started my job. It has been enjoyable putting the skills I developed into practice. It is so rewarding to reflect on where I have been in the past and where I am now, playing my part in helping others better their lives. I have truly come full circle.
