Jon Clarke

Co-Founder and Investments Director

Jon’s role is to forge relationships with funding partners and other working partners, overseeing the continued growth and development of Pathway Homes whilst exploring the future strategic direction of the organisation. Jon is an experienced property professional with a primary focus on the delivery of homes for those considered ‘vulnerable’, be it homeless, at risk of homelessness or are affected by mental, physical or learning difficulties. He is committed to employing a common, unifying, needs driven approach that seeks to understand the specific requirements of an area, developing and implementing lasting and sustainable housing solutions.

Neil Kimmance

Co-Founder and Operations Director

Neil is responsible for business planning and operational lead within Pathway Homes, whilst overseeing construction compliance and external stakeholder management. Neil also takes an active role in group HR and recruitment. Neil has worked within the construction and development arena for over 24 years and brings a wealth of experience to the Pathway board. With a background in contracting, consultancy, development and investment, he is a qualified Quantity Surveyor and APM Chartered Project Manager, specialising in business strategy and operational delivery. Neil co-founded Pathway Homes with a shared vision to provide needs led, high quality accommodation to the care sector in a dignified, sustainable fashion, supporting the wider ethos of the company.

Tim Lynch

Co-Founder and Acquisitions Director

Tim specialises in the pre-acquisition phase of the organisation and is responsible for sourcing property, managing construction and professional services, as well as overseeing ongoing programme of works. A highly experienced strategic facilitator, Tim has been instrumental in the launch and development of a number of organisations with the unified aim of supporting vulnerable and hard to reach adults through education, housing, training and care. Working within the sector for over two decades, Tim remains committed to developing and establishing new, trailblazing models of support to make real and lasting positive change, that is also commercial viable and sustainable.

Chanel Williams

Director of Support Services

Chanel works closely alongside fellow directors with overall responsibility for the wider internal and external administrative operational function, as well as all marketing and PR. Chanel supports all business teams in the delivery of the portfolio, acting as a central point of communication for all departments, reporting directly to the board. Chanel’s diverse background in the housing and care sector, spanning almost a decade, has given her the experience through which she is able to make strategic decisions on both a group and project specific basis.

Laura Sharpe

Office Manager

Office Manager, Laura, is responsible for maintaining all internal systems and supervising staff as well as all admin management. A skilled Manager within the housing sector, Laura understands the complexities of the industry and is also an excellent people person.

Tim Peak

Business Development Manager

Tim’s role is to identify areas of demand and seek new business opportunities. He continues to build relationships with existing and potential stakeholders, maintaining open communication through to development completion. Tim began working within the property industry just under 10 years ago, initially within residential sales, where he quickly developed professionally to management level. He has since gained a wealth of experience as a business development manager for a well-known UK auction company and latterly took on the role of acquisition manager for a residential property company. He is passionate in his bid to create and nurture strong business relationships whilst delivering a service that exceeds clients expectations.
